Producer-I.A.T.S.E. and P.P.T.A.A.C Basic Agreement of 2018

AGREEMENT OF AUGUST 1, 2018 between PRODUCER and IATSE and Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories and Canada and COSTUME DESIGNERS GUILD, LOCAL #892

The Employer is engaged in the production of low-budget theatrical productions throughout the United States and Canada for the first exhibition in theatrical release. The IATSE represents motion picture technicians and artisans whose services are utilized by the Employer in connection with its productions.

Videotape Electronics Supplemental Basic Agreement of 2018

This 2019 Commercial Production Agreement (“CPA” or “Agreement”) has been negotiated between the IATSE, Moving Picture Technicians, Artist and Allied Crafts of The United States, and Canada, AFL-CIO, CLC (“IATSE”), and the Association Of Independent Commerical Producers, Inc., (“AICP”) and is binding on those commercial production companies that have consented.
